close to casino, food options, and the spa. staff were friendly.

hotel has a wonderful location, attached to the dubuque dog track, mystic casino and houlihan's restaurant

its definitely not in downtown. its a casino hotel.

i liked the fact there were laundry facilities on the site as well as a free copy of the local newspaper

would pay more to stay there if they added more items to breakfast menu

use to have waffles for breakfast, we were thinking covid took that out

was blowing plastic all over the place, making loud flapping noises by our window, which kept our kids up at night

the room and grounds, all inside areas (breakfast room, fitness room, bar area) were very clean and i saw continuous sanitation occuring during our stay

the location was perfect so close to downtown and we had a massage at the galena day spa which almost shared a parking lot

the resort offers rides, a good pool, and fun activities that keep you occupied for a day then you head towards gelena downtime for

pool heater not working so played miniature golf on site

we also enjoyed the alpine ride, chair lift ride, mini golf and pool and hot tub
