the rooms comfort, breakfast variety, cleanliness and freshness of the room upon arrival

wouldn't call it a negative since i'm a picky eater but i didn't think the hot breakfast tasted well

gym and pool looked nice as well though we did not have a chance to use it as we arrived late and
