pool hours

i was hungry and the staff opened the snack bar to accompany my 83 yr old mom and

do not have a bar or restaurant in the hotel

the property has direct access to the beach. the pool area is clean and comfortable.

location is great close to the beach ,have a pool

they had pool tables and a pool area where you can bbq and it is very close to el poblado

location was a bit out of the way, but had parking

parking too small and parking exit too narrow. noisy during 2nd day of stay.

also the parking lot was a little small

believe my car was struck in their side parking lot and the room with double beds was quite small and the bathroom was small with a barn

poolside and pool are great, and relatively quiet and tranquil

the covid-19 pandemic hasn't helped either this whole area used to have a vibrant restaurant and bar culture and it seems like most of it is shut down or has limited hours

the pool was clean and they keep their animals under really good conditions

dining service closes at 19pm which is quiet early, no bar service, consequently we prefered to spend the night in the village instead ( maricao)

has a beautifull beach and good pool

also, i wasn't notified that my kids breakfast were not included, i had to pay $44 per day for my kids breakfast that

just thinking about the massages at the ni spa makes me melt into a ball of dough

the room features the spa products, which is a nice change from generic soap, shampoo, etc
