the shower was great, and the breakfast in the charming old-style dining room was delightful

spa tub was extremely dirty

they had free laundry service

laundry advertised but not working

i loved the spa tub

use of the pool was limited to a spa package. use of a pool should be standard at any resort.

the fargo bar is open every day but closes at 8 pm

don't forget to visit the spa (go by car)

the spa was the best part of our trip and well worth the price of the treatments

the shuttle service is very good. the drivers are very nice, especially the driver.

there was so much dust on it, which wasn’t good b/c my kids have bad allergies

jacuzzi was defective. cafeteria was always jammed with people and kids.

convenient location to many restaurants in the area, bistro on the property, bar inside the resort

and there was free happy hour between 5-6 everyday of fingerlakes wine tasting and late night bar open too

balcony was a little smaller than i thought and overlooked the parking lot but was still fine

very friendly staff. clean room. free parking. hot chocolate/coffee free and available.

the bar closed to early 10pm on new years eve !

one hour, but there were empty tables-------so the gal called me in my room when a seat at the bar was available------which was very comfortable and enjoyable the wine tasting was not
