the rooms could use updating. and the food at the bar was disappointing.

location on seneca lake room was spacious and well furnished with a two person spa tub

did not like the rather assertive dos and don't s re: spa tub from the desk clerk; not exactly welcoming

i was charged extra for my kids which was unexpected

pd $420 for spa service ($500 incl tip)for my daughter & i for mother's day; she was too anxious and cancelled

it was gorgeous, with a wonderful spa bath & quieter than a hotel/motel

the spa tub was a huge bonus

virtually everything. superb breakfast cooked and served by the owners.

good breakfast too with homemade jams and juices

our room was beautiful, lots of space, the breakfast was delicious

loved this bed & breakfast, very clean, great breakfast and charles & rebecca were so sweet and helpful telling us

don't forget to visit the spa (go by car)

the spa was the best part of our trip and well worth the price of the treatments

use of the pool was limited to a spa package. use of a pool should be standard at any resort.
