very welcoming staff, great atmosphere - we totally loved the spa pool

we received calls about room service that was not ordered by us

gym was being remodeled but the hikes around the property made up fir that.

location is good. gym and pools are good.

you have jet lag like we did and are awake at 4am it would've been nice to be able to get more room service/breakfast

the hotel also has an arrangement with a terrific gym across the road from the hotel

loved the ocean front room, the downstairs bar and restaurant is magical

was perfect, views were unmatched, staff were amazing, bed was comfy, food in restaurant and room service was delicious

there is no spa on site and there is no gym on site

heated pool

i request pool view from patio but my view from patio was parking.

the pool was heated and our kids didn’t want to get out

room service is a bit expensive in my opinion.

the spa was overpriced.

breakfast prepared by christian was excellent - even homemade bread

have a laundry that runs almost all the time

we were able to use their laundry facility and nice terrace available for guests in front of the building

happy hour and breakfast very well sorted

loved the breakfast. the staff was so friendly. we felt right at home.

we had room service on the first night, which was excellent, and breakfast in the hotel was just as good

we arrived to the hotel late around 9pm and had a club sandwich in the bar area: the sandwich presentation was terrible, the french fries were way too many

spa was very exclusive and a premier experience

the ambiance elegant, my room was quiet and had thoughtful touches everywhere, the inroom breakfast was excellent

great staff, superb breakfast, fantastic service, even offered rolls royce drive to rodeo drive shopping and restaurant

room service was excellent, lots of choices

pool was small and difficult to find a chair otherwise everything was very nice including the bar and restaurants

food could be better quality in room service
