i am happy to get away, but the diner was closed, there is no room service and no coffee in the lobby in the morning

sadly due to covid 19 the pool and spa were closed but that's no fault of the hotel

the laundryroom was out of service

location was great, convenient, right off the freeway, and the breakfast at denny's was fast and very good

loved the laundry facility! rooms were great and had everything we needed

breakfast was relegated to denny's across the street and was to be served until 9:00 a

ate breakfast (not included) which was overpriced for what we got and the service was very unfriendly

they don’t have a bar at the moment.

pet fee could have been less as well as more upfront at booking the stay.

the details in the room from the wine, to the spa product samples, and the personalised candle elevate the experience

it was so peaceful and the spa services were wonderful. loved the gym and nearby hiking as well.

it's more like a summer camp for kids and event place with some rooms/cabins added

bathroom are clean and neat and spacious, the beds are comfy and the room is quiet, the swimming pool is clean and the water is warm and perfect

wish pool hours were longer otherwise awesome stay!

surly reception smaller pool than expected poor breakfast highway location noisy

we did not have breakfast or coffee at the front room

we appreciated the early check in and check out and special touch of the birthday treat and chocolates upon arrival

room service food just fair

golf course was difficult but in good condition

some of room service food was cold to lukewarm - for the price should have been hot

the location of the facility, room service, pool service and spa. the maids were friendly.

amazingly they got that together and we were able to have a hostess gift to take to our kids house

the website also says children are not allowed but they were kids in the pool and in the lobby that kind of killed our vibe for a romantic

we had asked for early check in as we were coming from a medical procedure and was told before we booked to just

pool is close to the main road so you can hear the local ongoing traffic but thats about it

we were right by the pool but it was still quiet and relaxing

room service and staff were excellent as usual

downstairs is great with a terrace overlooking the water and all the staff, from check-in to room service, were exceptional

both room service and the carbon beach club restaurant exceeded expectations

when ordering room service, there was a hair in our food :
