cell phone service, wifi lousy, worst of all the coffee in the lobby was weak and downright horrible

was old, broke table by bed, tv did not work, wifi was also down, outside room area very old, boards needed replaced

the toilet didn't flush , tv didn't work and also wifi didn't work

they told us we cld just hand out on the property or in the pool until the room was ready

there weren’t enough seats at the bar (which is where we had reserved our seating) so they just stating walking up and down butting

the rooms across the hall face the pool and the property and would be quieter and have a nicer view

although the pool was closed for the season and we didn't have much time to use any of the other facilities, it

the indoor pool was awesome a great way to spend time with the family

kids enjoyed indoor swimming pool, unfortunately hot tub was down

had an outdoor pool but it wasn't as warm up there as it had been where we are from

hot tub wasn't working and they didn't have breakfast but not an issue

only thing i can think of that could have been better was if the continental breakfast opened a little bit earlier

room was next to the gym and people were lifting weights till midnight and the walls are so thin you couldn't sleep

weather was cold and kids wanted to swim so that was a plus

housekeepers brought their children with them so each day there was kids running up and down the walkways

side of the bed so you fell off the bed a lot, tv didn’t work properly, house keepers had their kids at work with them every day constantly making a lot of noise

the pool was a favorite for the kids!

the room was spotless, the bathroom spotless, the spa was awesome, how the staff accommodated us was above and beyond my expectation, cody a week

a suggestion - it would be better if you had an enclosure around your dumpster in the parking lot

door on semi closet with some amenities like laundry bag, luggage rack and hangers would be nice

this hotel had a laundry room that allowed us to clean our clothes

the rooms are good, and lots of room for the kids to move around

we didn t have to rush out early mornings due to the lodge having a great breakfast selection which worked out perfect

i booked the hotel just for the hot tub because i love to relax while my kids swim

i made use of the laundry in the hotel which was a plus

the rooftop pool area is very private and offers great views of the island and surrounding areas

it was close to the rooftop pool where we watched the fountain in the evenings

i loved that it looked over the island from the pool area

the kids really enjoyed staying there and not having to leave to go anywhere
