it had a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer

easy parking and the main lobby offered free coffee/tea and treats throughout the day, along with laundry detergent if needed

kids were a little noisy on upper floors

it was so beautiful and having the pool and hot tub 24/7 is fantastic.

bar was not that great but i was in walking distance from cheddars so just hit that bar

the only downside was no clean towels in the pool room for 2 days.

there was a restaurant, gas station, and even mini golf beside our hotel in literally seconds

flapjacks pancakes directly next door and mini golf

and in a location away from the crowd but close enough to walk to shops, eateries, and hillbilly golf (a gatlinburg must)

liked that the breakfast was a free buffet

they had 2 fires, 1 of the fires they had free s'mores making kits for the kids and young at heart
