also, i wasn't notified that my kids breakfast were not included, i had to pay $44 per day for my kids breakfast
microwave in the room, definitely need some kind of store to obtain items, especially for kids, like munchies

shower was clogged also and the shower head water pressure was too hard especially for the kids to take shower
i could not use the pool due to the short time.
there was zero wifi anywhere in the building
of may 2019, renovations still in process and the elevator does not work and roof bar is closed

a few palm trees and garden will help , a place for kids to play will be a must

like the facilities have a bar and a restaurant on site, short drive to playa azul
it is a party hotel so it is difficult to sleep if you are on the bar side.

my kids enjoy pool
wifi, beds were super hard & uncomfortable, we found a roach by the a/c while preparing to check
the rooms are outdated, don't have wifi and the bed its uncomfortable
the pool was clean and water was nice temperature wise. parking was conveniently located.
