kids love the pool, all restaurants are within 10 minutes
kids had fun at the pool and even gave us extra time to be at the pool
the pool for the kids was a tad dirty

like the facilities have a bar and a restaurant on site, short drive to playa azul
bar & grill as an excellent restaurant in location
it is a party hotel so it is difficult to sleep if you are on the bar side.

clean, staff is excellent, facilities are great, kids loved the pool and the easy access to the

have two buildings and i was giving a room on the second building,there was no wifi and no pool,2 reasons why
unconfortable beds, they need to improve the breakfast and wifi.

area didnt look as clean in the picture, i called and i asked if breakfast was free for me and my kids and when
we were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids
my kids forgot the dirty laundry after checkout, and even though it was passed 12 we were in the pool

is no beach, only access is not well kept, trash and not safe for kids
not a property for families too much rules for kids
the pool and hot tub was full of lids even though the sine said no kids under 11
kids loved the pool, a couple of nights there was live entertainment too

kids shouting, hitting the connecting door, hitting our room door, mother and father shouting,
microwave in the room, definitely need some kind of store to obtain items, especially for kids, like munchies
great spot for kids of all ages
also, i wasn't notified that my kids breakfast were not included, i had to pay $44 per day for my kids breakfast
vacation for two or a fun-family get away (there are plenty of things to do for those with young kids)
