there were guests smoking by the pool but that is not the hotels fault. just strange people.
perfect for me, for me all is well oh only the parking lot sometimes full but all by all it's ok there is nothing

the wifi signal in the room was not optimal. we had to relocate ourselves to enjoy the internet.
room located over the kitchen with very noisy staff, so no lie-in after 7
the swimming pool is very cold...and it has a lot of chlorine, a lot.

this hotel is ok for families with teenage kids, however it does not deserve the 5* luxury title
hotel with multiple things to do, specially if you travel with kids
for children it s ok because it has the water slide and some kids pool
were under the impression that it was the adults only side but there were many kids
paid for adults only and it was anything but, kids in the halls, pool, and restaurants

came with my family with 2 kids to enjoy the waterglides, but i don't like that check in is at 3 pm but the
good food, great place to relax with kids

we were given a room upgrade but it had an adjoining door with kids watching cartoons at 7:30 am

very relaxing ambiance, not noisy. very helpfull staf. the kids had a great time at the pool.

liked the variety of pools, but the kids pool could have had more attractions for them to play with
there was a seperate kids pool which i was tempted to escape to for some peace

pools and most specifically the kids pool are very comfortable and the porches at the apartments are
it also seemed like a great choice for families, with a kids menu and one of the pools designated as a family

incredible environment, great room, great for kids and families.
especially with putting music on loud in the bar area there is no reception area in case of having any issues
staff were unfriendly rooms were dusty dishes were not clean and very dusty kitchen cabinets were very dusty
the kitchen staff they were so unfriendly this didn't encourage me to eat at this dump

mid stay the the entertainment was minimal, i wish there was something going on everyday and for kids to have
giant slides and pools on site are a dream for kids
