kids loved the pool area, service was ok the restaurant could use a better cook
it also seemed like a great choice for families, with a kids menu and one of the pools designated as a family
pools and most specifically the kids pool are very comfortable and the porches at the apartments are
the main reception/restaurant area and the pools are gorgeous
very complete kitchen, perfect for people that would like to make their own breakfast or even cook their own

the pool area for 5 consecutive days, with dangerous tools scattered around the pool area where kids were present
if you re booking a trip with a baby or kids, i would say it s the best place on the island
husband, our two kids, and i had a wonderful stay
the pool area is nice and the small pool for little kids is a great addition

it is a great spot for little kids too
it s next to the aquarium so plenty to do with the kids
only negative experience is the too many disrespectful people/ kids around/ in the 50 m pool, making lap swimming
the kids really enjoyed the pool and beach area
meanwhile it s 4 ppl in a room ( 2 adults & 2 kids) and i m asthmatic

we were with 4 families and kids
our small kids (2 and 7) kept locking themselves or us in or out, so that adds unnecessary stress - we needed

we were happy to borough beach toys for kids and snorkels

they organized variety of activities for both adults and kids
beach was fantastic, could snorkel on-site with calm waters for kids
everything's close, the beach and the pool so i could watch my kids in the pool while i was swimming in the
very helpful kids club

very relaxing ambiance, not noisy. very helpfull staf. the kids had a great time at the pool.

the kids had fun with it and i did not have to be aware of other kids or people around

the wifi signal in the room was not optimal. we had to relocate ourselves to enjoy the internet.

streetside parking was always easy to find

hotel with multiple things to do, specially if you travel with kids
this hotel is ok for families with teenage kids, however it does not deserve the 5* luxury title
for children it s ok because it has the water slide and some kids pool
paid for adults only and it was anything but, kids in the halls, pool, and restaurants
were under the impression that it was the adults only side but there were many kids

loved how close the beach was - my kids enjoyed that
we were given a room upgrade but it had an adjoining door with kids watching cartoons at 7:30 am
the water park was a hit with the kids
came with my family with 2 kids to enjoy the waterglides, but i don't like that check in is at 3 pm but the
getting a taxi from the airport was quite stressful especially with kids

kids pool area could have had a little bit more of attractions
liked the variety of pools, but the kids pool could have had more attractions for them to play with
i liked that my kids could do their own thing without me worrying
there was a seperate kids pool which i was tempted to escape to for some peace

incredible environment, great room, great for kids and families.
especially with putting music on loud in the bar area there is no reception area in case of having any issues
staff were unfriendly rooms were dusty dishes were not clean and very dusty kitchen cabinets were very dusty
the kitchen staff they were so unfriendly this didn't encourage me to eat at this dump
the location is hard to find is like in the the low income area, no parking

mid stay the the entertainment was minimal, i wish there was something going on everyday and for kids to have
giant slides and pools on site are a dream for kids
nothing to not like. it's a place for kids to have fun and parents to chill with them.
