my kids enjoyed ping pong, pool table, and playstation as well as
nothing huge, but after two weeks of the beach our kids (6 and 8) really enjoyed their run around and asked to
breakfast, solution to problems, i booked an extra kids bed option and didn t have it
great room and the kids loved the pool as well
staff forgot to put tent for kids :(

we went to the spa and could tell it hadn't been used properly in a long time (the sauna wasn't turned on,

place, enjoyed the pool for the kids, food wasn't the best but worked for a quick breakfast , wasn't included

beedrooms are too old, need a renewal. we requested towels for the kids but we never received.

the staff was awesome -both of my kids left their airpods at the property on 2 different occasions and the
jacuzzi hit tub is brilliant but it should be maybe no kids (young) kids after 8 or something

we could hear people talking, kids shouting, and bags clunking down the stairs all day and night
very old and no elevators to the third floor which was tough with kids and a lot of luggage
comfortable and spacious- rented the 2 bedroom suite so the kids had their own room and bathroom

kids playground and pools were a bonus alongside variety of restaurants and bars available
asking months in advance to get an adjacent room for our kids, they put us next to a connecting room with women
to convince us that we had only paid breakfast for 2 people, and we had to pay extra for the kids, and we had
humidity and bad smell in the room, staff not welcoming and wanting to make us pay for our kids' breakfast
it looks like the lounge works for families who need fast food for kids

it has a cute little swimming pool for kids of all ages
breakfast was also good as was the kids menu we got for our kids (chicken and fries)
very cool pond and garden for kids plus the pool
we are a family of 4, two kids, first time we came when they were 5 and 8
we travelled with our extended family of 15 which included 7 kids of all ages

we would have used the bar but were put off by the noise
wifi didn't work during my stay but hopefully they have that fixed now
good room service in a nice room. outside pool area is a good place to relax
some reviews said the pool was cold and small but that wasn t the case at all

we also had some young kids partying all night
the only problem i found was not getting any help with the luggage, i was traveling with my two kids, to stay
great with 3 adults and 2 kids
guess my kids would have liked the pool to be heated but no big deal
they didn t have a game room or board games a must for a family w kids.

we were awoken multiple times throughout the night by a families screaming kids
that worked out very well for our group of 3 (2 kids and 1 adult)
very spacious and excellent location to walk to la sabana with kids
sent the hotel and mentioned that we are a family with 2 kids, we arrived after 24 hours of traveling and there
i already recommended this to my family who will be coming down; party of 6, husband, wife and 4 kids
