we were placed on a floor where there were many kids running and yelling in the hallway
the pool was very cold, so not much to complain about. kids still swam and had fun.
perfect hotel for the last night on my trip. very good rooms, breakfast and pool. perfect gym!
loved the little pool and gym too

everything else on the breakfast bar was off limits
at breakfast you need to choose between coffee and juice, whereas i prefer to have both.

very spacious and excellent location to walk to la sabana with kids
we were awoken multiple times throughout the night by a families screaming kids
i already recommended this to my family who will be coming down; party of 6, husband, wife and 4 kids
that worked out very well for our group of 3 (2 kids and 1 adult)
sent the hotel and mentioned that we are a family with 2 kids, we arrived after 24 hours of traveling and there

great with 3 adults and 2 kids
guess my kids would have liked the pool to be heated but no big deal
we also had some young kids partying all night
the only problem i found was not getting any help with the luggage, i was traveling with my two kids, to stay
they didn t have a game room or board games a must for a family w kids.

wifi didn't work during my stay but hopefully they have that fixed now
beds could use an extra pillow but i made one call to the room service and they brought me some more
the room service tried to take cargo and service as well
was a non-pleasant interaction with one of the staff members who denied us entering the bar area since it was
the wifi functioned very well in all areas of the hotel

every time my kids say this is their favorite hotel ever
beds comfortable and a nice pool for the kids to play in whilst waiting for our hire
which it was perfect for, pool was fun for the kids, breakfast was great and the staff were helpful in organising
i asked about any local eateries with 4 hungry kids after getting off international flight
perfect for families also with small kids! super friendly staff

also, the surrounding area is not safe to walk around in at night (and especially with our small kids), so we
the restaurant did not cook, only the possibility to buy drinks, non-functional wifi
lovely garden and pool, with lots of trees and flowers, nice respite from the city
the gymn is very basic, but better than nothing
nothing open, no nearby bar or restaurant when i arrived later than intended because of flight delay

the pool gym and the food. beds were extremely comfy
