well equipped outstanding view on the ocean front desk arranged us a great surf class for the kids in peniche

bed c02 apartment was on ground floor about 2 metres from edge of pool so it was a bit noisy with kids and early

pool was good, we would've liked for it to have a bigger shallow section for the younger kids

the floor was really sticky and the kids had black feet within moments of arrival
the swimming pool was very nice although the covering needs cleaning
a old house not so well maintained, a lot of things were broken and the kitchen didn't have all the equipment
the kitchen had a pot with old oil in, the coffee machine was dirty and with old capsules in
the host was super slow but she did allow us to stay beyond check out time to enjoy the outdoor pool

the restaurant is nice with average food, unfortunately a bit noisy (big family with kids) and lack of music
villa, nice decoration, little attentions for our dog (bed, snack, blanket) and for our kids this is the service
when you bring kids, they need a minimum age to enter it, but this info you do not find on booking
hotel is a good one, albeit not the best option when you have kids

the air was not on and we had babies sleeping early a real issue if you want to go with small kids
it's a good family hotel, the kids club was great, having a very dynamic monitor leading this activity for
extra bed for kids was not very comfortable.

parking is on the street; there's no issue with safety and the roads there were not heavily

the kids pool doesn't have steps so for our 3 year old it was hard to get in and there where never
two little kids it a bit complicated with no bathtub
had booked a ‘junior suite’ to sleep 2 adults & 2 teenagers - the kids’ beds were fold up metal beds -

many kids in the spa, couldn t really enjoy myself because it was always noisy and the kids were
size and temperature and super nice schedules of closing and opening specially for parents with kids, that want
little bit noisy with maintenance or constructions in the next door and also some noise with kids running over
