hotel is a good one, albeit not the best option when you have kids
when you bring kids, they need a minimum age to enter it, but this info you do not find on booking
the restaurant is nice with average food, unfortunately a bit noisy (big family with kids) and lack of music

two little kids it a bit complicated with no bathtub
had booked a ‘junior suite’ to sleep 2 adults & 2 teenagers - the kids’ beds were fold up metal beds -
the kids pool doesn't have steps so for our 3 year old it was hard to get in and there where never
the fact that the bar closes at some point of the night but even though it was perfect

turning left into the parking lot is not ideal; my suggestion is to go past the hotel, turn around and turn

the breakfast was excellent with the sunrise and a wonderful view

bed c02 apartment was on ground floor about 2 metres from edge of pool so it was a bit noisy with kids and early
well equipped outstanding view on the ocean front desk arranged us a great surf class for the kids in peniche
we were in a group of 3 adults + 3 kids, and it was super comfortable
we could hear their kids running and talking and crying
apartment very close to the ocean with a fish restaurant just around the corner and golf course view too
