hotel is a good one, albeit not the best option when you have kids
when you bring kids, they need a minimum age to enter it, but this info you do not find on booking
the restaurant is nice with average food, unfortunately a bit noisy (big family with kids) and lack of music
villa, nice decoration, little attentions for our dog (bed, snack, blanket) and for our kids this is the service

the floor was really sticky and the kids had black feet within moments of arrival
the swimming pool was very nice although the covering needs cleaning
the kitchen had a pot with old oil in, the coffee machine was dirty and with old capsules in
a old house not so well maintained, a lot of things were broken and the kitchen didn't have all the equipment

they don't have enough food for kids
the air was not on and we had babies sleeping early a real issue if you want to go with small kids
few seats available, and we found it difficult to find a place just to put our things and be with kids at the
25€ a person and kids up to 12 don’t pay

family friendly hotel, lots of activities for little kids
many kids in the spa, couldn t really enjoy myself because it was always noisy and the kids were
little bit noisy with maintenance or constructions in the next door and also some noise with kids running over
size and temperature and super nice schedules of closing and opening specially for parents with kids, that want
everything met our expectations + breakfast was perfect

two little kids it a bit complicated with no bathtub
had booked a ‘junior suite’ to sleep 2 adults & 2 teenagers - the kids’ beds were fold up metal beds -
the kids pool doesn't have steps so for our 3 year old it was hard to get in and there where never
the fact that the bar closes at some point of the night but even though it was perfect

we were two families with small kids that booked an apartment for 4 people
play house with toys for kids in the garden

- footpath in front of rooms removed a bit of privacy with people and golf carts moving up and down all the

well equipped outstanding view on the ocean front desk arranged us a great surf class for the kids in peniche
we could hear their kids running and talking and crying
