kids loved the pool, a couple of nights there was live entertainment too
perfect!! for a family vacation my kids love it!
the pool was always clean, and perfect for kids
the pool and hot tub was full of lids even though the sine said no kids under 11
it also has a little park for the kids, and the pool has also a side for little kids

kids loved the beach and pool
for our stay (it was midweek of the thanksgiving holiday), was filled with families with young kids
only thing i will add to the place is an early night or late evening kids 5 to 12 years old staff supervised
they were very concern of us due to our special needs kids
room for the kids, the machines accepted the money but some of them are not working so that disapointed the kids

beach to much wave for kids
the pool is great my kids love it, the food amazing and good prices
nice little sea side spot with a great warm pool for the kids, pool side food and bar, and access to open ocean
i like everything but the pool is just for kids is not deep enough for adults
rooms are on the smaller side for a family of four traveling with kids.

i love the exercise, we have 2 kids under 2 and we needed to walk up and down aprox 7 flights of stairs to get
the parking was good but it was not really clear where to park. more signs would help.

i like the pool area.
breakfast was ok we used the restaurant for lunch and dinner and food was great
juices were canned juices ham was so thick and chewy they should be ashamed to serve this type of breakfast
breakfast wasn't so good, its like mini, mini continental breakfast, orange juice too sour, and
continental breakfast was the same everyday

my kids enjoy pool
there were no place to eat at the hotel. not wifi in the room.
the covid-19 pandemic hasn't helped either this whole area used to have a vibrant restaurant and bar culture
no lights on parking( dangerous)

it was very convenient that there was a restaurant and a bar attached to the hotel
like the facilities have a bar and a restaurant on site, short drive to playa azul
it is a party hotel so it is difficult to sleep if you are on the bar side.

manager lucia is excelent she help us in everthing and she was wonderful with the kids
kids swimming pool was closed and my grandchild were very dissapointed
elevator out of service , had to use the stairs with kids.

the kids pool small not sure if it was another jacuzzi or not
cereal was given to my kids and they were old had the leave the hotel to give my kids a nice meal
the tub was too slippery and my kids fell
blankets, toilet are so small and literally held together with one bolt and so tiny, it made for kids potty
no dresser to keep your clothes in our room (our kids had one)
