my 4-year-old son had a great time in the kids club, shows at night were entertaining, good service to pick up

we had a premium room for 2 adults + 2 kids, and we could barely fit
we had to walk over to the bar in the next pool to get a drink and there is no visibility of the kids pool from
lot of variety in food but lacked flavor, not providing kids life jacket,check out
better rooms, better landscaping, nicer buffet area and a the best kids water slides

tropical birds, coatis, sereques and we even spotted some racoons late at night, if you or your kids love

overall and i m glad we didn t stay at the main resort that is full of loud families and kids
no beach and what little beach there is, is shared with the other two resorts which allow for kids
facing us plus helios restaurant for our breakfasts
the receptionist never bothered to mention there are showers at the main hotel and also at the gym/spa

i recommend for a family vacation with kids or for a quiet romantic vacation
while the buffet was great, the options for kids in the restaurants was very limited.
the only minor improvements i would suggest are regarding the theatre and the kids club activities
