our kids loved seeing the families of coatis and iguanas roaming happily around the grounds, and the
good food. good staff. many activities/shows for kids.

they had only 3/8 pools available (one was the kids pool) and they were not enough for all the people staying
in 7 nights we managed to reserve only twice (once only without kids)
no all-day buffet as expected - kids water slides not working 2/5 days - non-existent beach due to sargassum

we didn't end up using the kids club but they had a good schedule of stuff for kids 4 and up

it was difficult to contact the spa to cancel my booking the next day bc nobody answered either phone line and
appreciated the facilities, tennis, shuttleboard, mini golf at no additional expense
you can t see the ocean from the rooms or pool and once you get to the beach it isn t nice.

very nice, the facilities are good, rooms are clean, good range of restaurants, great pools for kids and a really
tropical birds, coatis, sereques and we even spotted some racoons late at night, if you or your kids love
the breakfast buffet was fair,

also, the resort, while stunning, was so spread out that my kids were exhausted getting around (3 and 6 years

to eat and where to go every day get an all inclusive package, very convenient to travel with kids, we went
my 4-year-old son had a great time in the kids club, shows at night were entertaining, good service to pick up

i had to take my kids to a different beach so they could play in a clean beach area
for kids it s so overstimulating be prepared that when you ask for something or order something,

there was also an explorer s club for the kids which i took my older child to a couple of times and he enjoyed
