as we travelled in august, high-season, and there were a lot of people with kids, it was easy to hear people
thursday the spa zone was very quiet and relaxing, but as soon as the weekend started, kids starting to arrive
a little to much kids in the pool ...but i can't complain about that..haha
and the worst: some guests in the swimming pool with very noisy kids and huge pool mattress that was not allowed
of little kids constantly screaming at the pool was not the vibe we were looking for there was a unpleasant

the pool is amazing, but it gets very busy with kids, not sure why i didn't think there would be kids there,

could say wifi but it actually was good not to have an excellent and fast internet

it s a good place to rest, read, be in love, take your small kids because you will feel like you were hosted

got stuck in the elevator with our three kids
nice art, sitting areas, tv, bar etc for those spending time in the common areas
the gym is also quiet and has adequate equipment for a short stay
the wifi didn't work and the breakfast was ok, but nothing special.
there is a place for breakfast improvement to my opinion.

hotei is well located in the center of viseu, surrounded by a nice garden and a swimming pool, well insulated
swimming pool and inside swimming ans gym area. large bar area . large reception .
