kids not allowed to the pool after 4pm
as we travelled in august, high-season, and there were a lot of people with kids, it was easy to hear people
thursday the spa zone was very quiet and relaxing, but as soon as the weekend started, kids starting to arrive
pool and gym were great and little kids play area was a nice surprise
the kids really enjoy the pool - it is quite a setting

we liked it very much, kids loved the pool and the tennis court. very friendly staff!
my kids were extremely disappointed, and no compensation was offered
and loud music from bar or party in valley carrying noise to our room after 11pm
for some too far out but we didn't fight for parking and it was easy to find
tennis and swimming-pool in the middle of the vineyard

i informed eta and asked to keep a car parking space if possible, the staff was kind to make it happen

the breakfast was delicious. marta was absolutely the sweetest employee and so helpful.
limited parking at the hotel however there was plenty of space in the quiet roads alongside

the kids loved the pool and it was a perfect spot to cool off and relax

grounds, with a nice stream, trails, garden, pool, a few animals for the kids to check out
property is well maintained and renovated, amazing yards, play room, dining room and pool
it was a bit quieter on the monday and tuesday when so stayed so we also had the spa and swimming pools to

got stuck in the elevator with our three kids
maybe it was the time of the year we stayed however the bar was often unstaffed.

the pool is amazing, but it gets very busy with kids, not sure why i didn't think there would be kids there,
the wine tasting has no non-alcoholic drinks for kids
despite that, the room was a good size, with a mezannine with extra beds for the kids, but it's very dark and
asked for a quiet room twice but were given a room next to the kitchen so were woken up by lots of clattering
