exactly as expected, good variety and usual bits to keep kids satisfied
the kids club entertainers were amazing even though there were not many kids there they really made an
kids entertainment at all not great for dairy and gluten free guests either
could of done with more evening kids entertainment but they may be because it was october
were with kids, 1 and 11 years old

times ticked all our boxes and the entertainment staff and activities were the best yet, for the kids and adults
but far out from teguise my kids are lazy but it was a lovely walk into it on the promenade

the facilities were great (the heated pool was an added bonus especially as we had kids with

should ve given us buggy friendly room considering they knew we were coming with kids
there was a nice pool area for adults only which is a bonus if you haven t got kids with you.

they went out of their way to look after everyone and were fantastic with the kids, thank you for all your hard

pool area was great plenty of sunbeds life guards really good and floaties allowed for kids
me and my partner tried to use it few times but there were always kids playing in it, i do think that should

club for kids was great, we just missed it on 2 evenings because it was not scheduled, anyhow the experience

no kids during our stay but i noticed separate pool areas for families with small children away from
we have now stayed there over the past 10 years and no improvements have been done,, even for kids and adults

the pool was great not overcrowded and easy to get a sun lounger at anytime of the day
the gym area is air conditioned and has lots of up to date equipment if you want to work out while you

dinner and tea in world cafe needs to be offered earlier especially for kids
where family with kids had to move few times because of other behaviour i think guest experience team could be
kids slide pool was freezing - felt like it just wasted that pool and no one went in it
so much for kids to do
