best family room i have stayed in so far just would like separating wall so can relax more when kids in bed,
also kids club staff were a bit off with us, the lady was ignoring us and not letting my son participate

the kids pools were not heated which was bit of a disappointment.
gap between 6 and 7 pm for eating - nowhere to eat for kids
we had young kids and they enjoyed the unlimited supply of soft drinks/ice cream and the entertainment
there was entertainment for the kids ( and adults) right through the day, with great shows and performances in
not a hotel for kids, which is exactly why we have stayed here for the last 2 years and will continue to do so

amazing place kids loved it . food was excellent entertainment excellent highly recommend
it is very family friendly the kids have a corner in the restaurant where they can choose their food
they really are a major asset to this hotel, and i would definitely return because of them, the kids absolutely
friendly staff, they upgraded our room, perfect place for family, my son enjoyed the kids pool so
are quite far away but i didn t mind because i did not want to be around or hear the sound of kids shouting

the kids pool is so much fun and kept our daughter entertained all week

my little girl was in kids club for a few hours over the weeks stay and the stay were amazing
how big it is and there is so much on for kids

the time it was still honouring past bookings so a lot of lillos in the pool,

toddler pool came was lovely and plenty entertainment around lunch time for half hour for kids
facilities such as games room, pool bar, splash park for kids, restaurant and supermarket

this is one of the quieter hotels with not a lot of kids or teens around

we have now stayed there over the past 10 years and no improvements have been done,, even for kids and adults

was perfect size and never any issues getting beds, plenty to do for children with kids activities, pool tables

club for kids was great, we just missed it on 2 evenings because it was not scheduled, anyhow the experience

starts at 8, which in my opinion is a little late, especially when there are families with kids staying
by the beds with umbrellas to put towels down, foujd it unfair that adults chose to sit round the kids pool for

is more a family hotel than adults so very loud music around the pools in the afternoon with kids entertainment
is ridiculous as dinner was free it should be free in all the restaurants- not acceptable better kids shows and
kids entertainment could be a bit longer
