the booking came with free breakfast and was absolutely amazing, kids loved the waffles
very quiet when we stayed great for families especially for small kids

my kids wake up very early so to have to wait till 8am for breakfast was tough.
kids bottom bunk bed needs to be replaced. decor in bedroom & ensuite was outdated.
in the future maybe they could think about a kids club or entertainment in the evening
get my kids every second weekend so i travel a lot with them
i felt bad for the staff, dinner took over 3hrs, kids fell asleep waiting

the first time we went without kids so we wanted to bring them they loved
the pool is not heated. and no kids pool.

they did bring out some cereals for the kids to tide them over which was very nice
on reception was really nice and plesant we arrived into bar for food it was full so we booked a table for a

the beautiful reception area with the fireplace decorated and fire lighting, even though it s not a real fire
lovely walks around the house, tennis courts, a great bar with inside and outside seating, charming rooms and
the lovely attention in the bar where i sat with my book for a few hours, the extensive and healthy breakfast
or the lovely duck, with much of the produce used in the delicious dishes coming from the hotel kitchen garden
dining was superb, the bar for lunch, the beautiful duck restaurant for dinner & the conservatory for breakfast

could have taken order quicker in bar . we had kids with us so it s always good to be quick
we will be back with the kids to use it next time
