the lovely attention in the bar where i sat with my book for a few hours, the extensive and healthy breakfast
lovely walks around the house, tennis courts, a great bar with inside and outside seating, charming rooms and
tea & coffee making facilities in the room, altough in fairness they did say room service was available

everything else was perfect staff were so nice and the kids loved all the facilities
also there is no shallow end for old kids to stand
food was amazing. so much for the kids list is endless

could have taken order quicker in bar . we had kids with us so it s always good to be quick
there were kids running around the corridors late at night around 12pm
will return with kids again

apartments were spacious, nice playground for the kids, lovely walk to beach
brilliant for the kids and very safe
30am approx kids/ teenagers were running up and down the hall and woke us up
no swimming pool for the kids
a good getaway for couples but not too suitable for families with kids

they did bring out some cereals for the kids to tide them over which was very nice

helpful staff from reception to bar to dining chloe in the kitchen producing fantastic food
shower water wasn't hot enough. would have liked a selection of fresh fruit fof breakfast.

which is great and they were good musicians but if you're somebody that is traveling with kids or you want to
smart tv so it was a bit hard to entertain a tired kid as the place does not have playground or a kids play area
location, unfortunately the room and the location of the room was a let down as there were kids shouting and
as arklow but 12km away very uncomfortable beds tv has 4 news stations and 1 kids trying to comply but not
people can see in through the window) i also wasn t very impressed with the noise levels with kids running up

we had two small kids with us which were very tired from the drive and just wanted to go to the room
music on the premises and you could hear the music and then people returning to their rooms and kids crying etc

sauna cows for kids
the grounds are lovely and the owners dogs were friendly and good with kids
the kids room was super big, with an entire room dedicated to the shower and even a sauna
no tv in the room. (it wouldn't have bothered me if the kids hadn't been with us)

the room was perfect for the family as it had a bunk beds and the kids loved
stayed with 2 kids and we were on the first floor
apartment very clean, modern, great space especially with kids.

the first time we went without kids so we wanted to bring them they loved
no kids menu was on offer to us
the pool is not heated. and no kids pool.

food in the bar was hit and miss, bruschette was lovely, super food salad was super bland, kids goujons and
kids really enjoyed the stay and we would definitely return

room was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids and the beds were very comfortable food was easily the nicest iv
liked the food and how they treated the kids, by entertaining them
has a decent outdoor area that the kids ran around in to let off steam after a long day in the car

kids banging doors on our corridor . not hotel fault !!!
it was halloween bank holiday weekend and the hotel was set up very well for the kids
although mostly couples we had 2 kids with us 4 and 2 years old and we all had a ball
in the future maybe they could think about a kids club or entertainment in the evening
get my kids every second weekend so i travel a lot with them

great food & choice at the restaurant (had dinner + breakfast) garden is great for kids, there's a small area
very hot to touch for young kids, i had to switch off at radiator and open all windows to balance room temperature
and out, breakfast was lovely check out was 12 which was lovely not to rush in the morning with kids
had such a lovely stay at summer hill house with the kids
surroundings, we walked with the kids, so peaceful and so close to all the tourist spots
