took care of the kids when i was already nervous about traveling with them
i was on vacation with the kids, it was extremely unpleasant

size of the room was good enough for family with 3 kids, and clean
off the wall when trying to open the curtains at check in the girl there keep yelling at the kids running
of paper thin looking pancake with no shape eggs were watery soft and not really good some of our kids got sick
we have 3 children and when using it there happened to be 10 kids & 1 adult between the pool and hot tub
hand soap mounted too high on wall for smaller kids to reach

i asked for a little extra with cleaning due to have three kids in the room and the ladies were amazing everyday
next door smoking weed and the smell come to my room having two young kids it was real unpleasant to smell it
walls are very thin we could hear somebody airing up an air bed, the tv, and kids talking in the room beside us
carpeting in our kids room on 2nd floor was still fine
no pool no spa coke machine out of order fitness center inoperable hair in shower

the swimming pool was very welcome due to the hot weather any problems were attended to quickly very friendly
new to the staff in the office of course they knew that's what was happening in that room the carpet was filthy
we also found pet treats laying around the room, this leads me to believe that the cleaning was not to a high

the pool was clean and kids really enjoyed swimming but towels never stocked for all the guests

i had to go to closest shopping place to get food for myself and kids

we did not use the pool but it looked very nice and there were comfortable gazebos outside for conversation

past 11 am in the lobby, they took everything away, and i got in around midnight with three kids
the rooms are setup, more like a kids preschool room, & extremely small
it's a pet friendly hotel, however there is nowhere onsite to take them out to potty/poop
front desk staff were super friendly and let me early check in at 10am
shuttle was extremely convenient

the kids in the hotel seemed to love the pool
booking site said it had spa/indoor pool ( it had a cold pool, kids enjoyed it)

a nice breakfast served daily 7-10 good food good options worth it and they have a nice hotel bar that serve
breakfast was good, but bar menu was very limited, wouldn't take much to expand it

it was 100 degrees out and i have 3 young kids
there were many, many families and kids, which i loved to see but did not want to wade through
had a 1 bedroom suite, with full kitchen, which is what we had been seeking so we could have some privacy
pool could ve been a lil warmer.
there was one lady working, bringing food back and forth from the kitchen, and to top it off, my boiled eggs

we got a small room with one king size bed, and i had my two kids in me and my husband
dimly lit rooms. wifi requires payment.
wifi was iffy, had to sign in every time i used a device

it was too creepy for my kids. the smell like old moist rags was very strong.

was the ac wasn't cold how we wanted it and the door doesn't have anything secure and my two kids were able to

the giant arcade is great for older kids to entertain themselves while parents go gamble

it was for 4 adults and 2 kids
gym was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool
the carpet in the room needs cleaned, my kids feet were black after walking around without shoes
sausage dry and tough, orange juice was slightly colored water, hot tub was crowded with 6 kids and 4 adults
bed was terrible, my kids couldn't sleep on it, we pulled the mattres out, and they were sleeping on the floor
