i asked for a little extra with cleaning due to have three kids in the room and the ladies were amazing everyday
walls are very thin we could hear somebody airing up an air bed, the tv, and kids talking in the room beside us
carpeting in our kids room on 2nd floor was still fine
next door smoking weed and the smell come to my room having two young kids it was real unpleasant to smell it
as far as little stores like 7 eleven being within walking distance and having a smoking room

off the wall when trying to open the curtains at check in the girl there keep yelling at the kids running
we have 3 children and when using it there happened to be 10 kids & 1 adult between the pool and hot tub
it was miserable and we had to cut our stay short because the kids were so upset
clean, central location, good basic breakfast included and a swimming pool for the kids.

breakfast at the hotel was delicious and made it easier to feed 3 kids before getting started on our busy day
i was on vacation with the kids, it was extremely unpleasant
2nd night was a waste due to the customers that were in the room next to ours with screaming kids, loud voices
the staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.

we brought our xbox because we have two kids who loves watching cartoons
i liked how it was quiet and a pool for the kids on hot days!

the pool and hot tub were grossly overfilled beyond capacity with kids
i stayed with my kids and really couldn't keep anything in the room food or drink wise for them
it's good , however i wished they had more things to do for kids.

we waited in total almost for 3 hours and couldn't put kids to sleep on time because of that
was kids running and screaming in the hallway

bathrooms are useful when traveling with kids great location - walking distance to gondola and the village with
everywhere smoking smell. being no smoker and with kids it was difficult to stay out of room.

room we could find with three queen beds which were great for our family of two adults and three kids

familiar with the region so do not count on any advice on what to do they have bicycles but no kids size
room was beautiful but my view out my balcony was an apartment building that had kids screaming outside until
the staff is very helpful and friendly, heated pool was a plus with the fire pits around made it very relaxing

not working therefore couldn t watch tv, it was like a nightmare without internet and tv with 2 kids
occupants with kids will inevitably make noises, especially at night so please be patient because the hotel is
maybe they could have a little more parking

breakfast was decent and had something for everyone- including adults and kids
they gave us the smaller room with one bed and we are a family with 2 kids
also the separate 2 king rooms so the kids could play in their own space
the pillows and why would anyone book people with kids to the top floor. so bad planning

the hotel is nice and cosy , the room of the two queen beds is comfortable for a family with two kids
the walls are so thin that when there were kids upstairs playing for hours, there was a lot of thumping and
my kids had a blast and everyone was polite and professional
