there is a parking lot
had a wedding , so was very defficult to find a parking lot close to the hotel, the air conditioning made loudy
pool is small and lack maintenance, water was not clean enough, people there just don't follow
the phone for calling room service never worked
in the pool the small tiles are falling off one after another

the breakfast was overcrowded. the coffee maker was not working well.

is big and has a specific area for kids to play which is also big, usually they are very tiny

parking is easy and free shuttle was fantastic

the parking lot is always full so we have to park downstairs.
included breakfast, good condition facilities, inside an small mall with good restaurants, good parking spots
the breakfast could have a better selection but besides that it was good.
the breakfast was superb - a huge set of fresh options and a mix of european and mexican style food
there was a shuttle to the bus station which was nice

staff (almost impossible), ac not cooler as supposed to be, stair railing feels loose, not enough parking lot,
pet friendly
parking situation was a little tight but the staff tried to accommodate all of its guests the best
parking area is too small
i would highly recommend if you are traveling with your pet
