parking situation was a little tight but the staff tried to accommodate all of its guests the best

staff (almost impossible), ac not cooler as supposed to be, stair railing feels loose, not enough parking lot,

gym had a brocken treadmill and no space to work out in, even for one person
the phone for calling room service never worked
in the pool the small tiles are falling off one after another
had a wedding , so was very defficult to find a parking lot close to the hotel, the air conditioning made loudy
pool is small and lack maintenance, water was not clean enough, people there just don't follow

is big and has a specific area for kids to play which is also big, usually they are very tiny
we ordered a bit of room service for dinner and it was good

the place was easy to navigate and the pool was pleasant
