some kids were out of control playing football in the corridors but no fault of hotel, expect it may
play area outside in the pub so kids could play whilst eating

we're above the outside bar area & had a buffet outside our door on the first floor landing with kids running
staff in reception was lovely but behind bar and restaurant not so forthcoming

we had a pet with us and there were plenty of places available to seat us and our pet without any imposition

hotel staff especially tanya were really helpful and understanding we loved our room and the kids loved the play
clean room, restaurant is lovely with a big kids playground and extremely friendly staff, very green around
nothing! this place is my perfect stay for a family! we loved it, the kids want to come back!

where we're able sit all together and have a good catch up we also made use of the pool which the kids loved
pool was great of course it has kids in it as its a family hotel
morning swim hampered by not enough space reserved for clients and half the pool full of loud kids
