were a lot of kids staying because of a tournament and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with screaming kids

parking... some clients parked as if they were the only guests, causing many spots unusable

had a pet and were on the 5th floor, so it was a haul to bring her crate into the room and to take her

is that i found garbages under the bed, there was no remote control nor channel guide and the gym was closed,

service and location and bar restaurant

so much noise from kids yelling etc. terrible

the breakfast area is a little to small for the size of the hotel.

facilities very limited, no elevator, pool or fitness center

great breakfast, los of choices.

despite ticking off that we had a pet on the booking site, the hotel were not aware of this which led us to

brand new hotel, very large suite style rooms, excellently furnished with full kitchen and laundry too

it smelled like a spa when you walked into the property

liked the gym

nice apartment, well equiped kitchen

as pictured is a fireplace-gas it was warm out when we stayed so we didn't use

much better value than other rooms in this category - quality of breakfast and dinner - parking - bedding

wifi was strong everywhere

kitchen was not very accommodating with substitutions--as the bar menu is full of fried and fatty
