fireplace was not functional and room was very cold and the fridge was not working

the food in both the bar and restaurant was wonderful

great sunset views very clean pool with indoor shower, towels love the new terasse and jacuzzi always available

good wifi, great food, nice facilities, and great location for skiing

kitchen was not very accommodating with substitutions--as the bar menu is full of fried and fatty

beds, spacious, great bathroom / shower and tub in the suite, plus nespresso, full kitchen, really nice spot

room was a fully functioning apartment with full kitchen, laundry, separate bedroom, dining, and an enormous

amazing views of lake magog and the harbor, and a comfortable pull-out couch, and well-appointed kitchen and

it smelled like a spa when you walked into the property

modern, clean, minimalist. terrace, bakery, gym

so much noise from kids yelling etc. terrible

a fitness room and an indoor pool would make this comfort inn exceptional

were a lot of kids staying because of a tournament and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with screaming kids

is that i found garbages under the bed, there was no remote control nor channel guide and the gym was closed,

nicely furnished rooms, great high quality room service.

parking was a little challenging but manageable

parking... some clients parked as if they were the only guests, causing many spots unusable
