staff was nice very under staffed though (poor kids) and management was no where to be found 4 times we
rooms only cleaned every other day and one of our rooms not cleaned whole time kids were there.
nice lounge / bar area where we were able to relax with food in the evening and kids play board games
the gym was well appointed
i like everything! of course since covid-19 no bar but that s nobody fault

we have never stayed there before but having kids i think it would have been wonderful to have access to
we did t take our dogs and kids bikes but there were other people staying there with a dog and kids riding
the loft was great for older kids, but for younger kids it needed someway of blocking off the stairs so that
kids can have a great time in the river and about the property, when the amenities are open

she loves taking an annual solo retreat away from kids to decompress and have true silence

were thin and heard kids running above us at night could here people clearly as you walked by their room
definitely recommend for families traveling with kids
i'd use it for a few kids but not for an adult that didn't want to wake up with a hurt back
anytime some walked up and through this t was really noisy and it woke up the kids

seem we heard every step that was taken from the room above us and it didn't help that the kids were running &
kids didnt enjoy it, including myself
