our kids loved the playground on-site and the driving range
place is really nice and clean the pool outdoor activities for the kids is great
great location. my kids loved the playground, and the mini golf.
the hot tub for my kids they love it.

seeing we had our 3 kids
my kids liked the pool a lot of restaurants staff was friendly
to the hotel there was a fair there this weekend which was also another fun activity for the kids to
the pool is small but very good for the kids
the room is new since the hotel open in september 2016, my kids love the pool also

however having the private pool area with no staff access doesn t feel very vip
pool was not heated, the bicycles could have been better
pool ( would have preferred it was heated, solar heating would be a great choice) restaurant
not that big of a deal when you have a pool just outside your room to cool off
our suite was simply amazing, and the jacuzzi and swimming pool well maintained and pleasant

i have a feeling weekends are filled with families and kids running wild
the pool is outdated and unsafe for kids
of ice were an okay substitution but made things more difficult since we were traveling with kids
if you are traveling with kids, i would recommend a driver becauase they know which wineries allow kids
it was noisy, kids running around everywhere, vanity sink faucet sprayed everywhere.

we also mentioned multiple times in the reservation we had two kids and needed extra bedding for them
we lit the fireplace and the carbon monoxide detector went off in about three minutes
the restaurants closed early, we had to eat by 7:00pm because the kitchen closed by 8:00pm
the breakfast (room service) was the worst experience of my visit

had tried the heater which nevered worked we had ordered blankets when we arrived so we had the kids covered
that was a bummer for my kids
i came with my husband and 17 and 12 year kids
powdered creamer for morning coffee oppose to liquid at room service wake up call.

kids really enjoyed the pool and it's perfect temperature

other thing i didn t like is, i was booked a hotel with breakfast included and i have two kids (8 and 12)
no fridge or microwave in the room which we really needed due to traveling with kids.
since we traveled with our kids that was an important factor in deciding where we would stay

the spa was exceptional

there were some noisy kids playing around early in the morning.
fact that the ppl in the next room didn't let me and my kids sleep because they were partying all
i was given a higher floor, but thin walls meant i heard everything from kids on the other side of the connecting

things- we went to rooftop bar and where sitting waiting to order drinks when the lady from sushi removed us
