only request i had was to have the two rooms next to eat other because i traveled with my kids and they didn
overall it was excellent stay for a family with kids.

fact that the ppl in the next room didn't let me and my kids sleep because they were partying all

getting charged for my 12 yr old son when on my reservation it was clearly stated 2 adults and 2 kids 12 and

i booked an extra-large room for two adults and two kids
we ordered room service several times and norma was our fantastic server
no a/c in the hallways and the a/c in the gym wasn t turned on.
also it said their spa was in the 6th floor but there were only 4

kids really enjoyed the pool and it's perfect temperature

had tried the heater which nevered worked we had ordered blankets when we arrived so we had the kids covered
