i luckily brought my own for the kids

loved the pool. my kids enjoyed swimming in this pool specifically. it s clean and comfortable

a good place to stay especially during the beginning of university when parents sending their kids to move in

there is no cleaning service in room.having kids in room and not cleaned during stay was tough

didn't bring a bathing suit but if i had we would have used the pool area

lacked ammenities, a little noisy great for college kids.

my husband and i went for a couple getaway and kids banging on the door from the next room and adults yelling

placed in june 2019 and i sent and received emails re: questions about my pets but at check in the lady stated

great staff, excellent breakfast, great beds. good parking.

we arrived ( late afternoon) there were piles of dirty laundry in the hall outside a number of rooms

pool is not heated and had to ask for towels every time the kids used it

had little kids but we re given a room that was shower only (no tub)

my kids loved the pool & snack area

we had two adults and three kids and it was just right

comfortable bed with excellent pillows and a hot shower a great value for a night without kids

(front desk did offer to switch rooms in which i declined since my kids already sat on the beds and disheveled

were visiting our kids at umass, which was literally a less than 10 minute drive away

- the kids swam in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub

could hear kids jumping around above my room, while trying to sleep

the kids loved the heated pool/hot tub

room was comfortable. had a refrigerator and coffee maker. room was spacious. free parking.

the bar is great with a lovely outdoor seating area, and the restaurant food is delicious

the bedroom had plenty of space, the bathroom was nice, and the lounge area with fireplace was very homey and

room service would be nice.

it was so nicely appointed! lived the library with fireplace.

no in room coffee or room service

traditional decor, cleanliness, convenient location, breakfast all excellent!

to make a cup of tea/coffee in our room and only a flask of tepid water in an annex to the kitchen a 100 yards

and the kitchen staff was charming

excellent made to order breakfast

wonderful room, comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, reasonably priced, great staff

friendly staff. location and convenient stores near by. breakfast was good as well.

we enjoyed the gym and pool

nice indoor pool and very nice and accommodating personnel

hotel is quiet, convenient location, staff very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent

swimming pool of course!

only issue was that in the morning on the weekend was no breakfast meat like bacon and the kids were mad the

they went above and beyond to be kind to me and my family, especially the kids, and were quick to respond to

had dents an the over head light was crack an pulled all the way out just wasn t happy my kids an i cleaned

the breakfast was great!

breakfast ended too early. most hotels are 10 not 9 am.

this is why i did not see it when i checked the rooms to make sure the kids had grabbed everything i immediately

the first day we didn't even swim because my kids were afraid of all the rough housing and screaming going on

then charged it twenty dollars anyway then the toilet constantly ran the supplies were none the kids next door

kids running up and down hall; this went on for hours

was some young kids having a party in one of the rooms but i will say that the staff resolved the

noise of highway and kids running, laughing, screaming, slamming doors till after 11 pm

there was no lifeguard at the top of the slides, kids going down multiple at a time, crashing into each other

the gym was great

pleanty of parking where you can even find an electric charging station for the car

didn't work, ac didn't work, scary people hanging out in the parking lot, lights and electrical outlets not

we re dirty , the plugs in the room were broken , the wifi wasn t good, no breakfast included even though

the heated pool was great for the kids to help burn off energy

we had 2 adults and 2 kids

accommodation was fine, very clean. staff was very friendly. kids enjoyed the pool.

for adult breakfast and $12 for kids was a little crazy so we skipped that and got delicious bagels nearby

for parking in there own garage, also there was some sort of conference with kids so the place was packed, i

take caution with kids using water in their own

i know we were in a room on the floor with the pool, but the kids using the pool were very noisy around the

kids jamming up the elevators all night playing games with no staff trying to control that issue

hotel is very nice, just not suitable for young kids

convenient parking and very pleasant rooms

continental breakfast at 7:00 was very small, but we could not stay for full breakfast service at 8:00 am

bathrooms were modern, comfy beds, simple but nice breakfast

the bed was very comfortable and most of all the breakfast was awesome

the breakfast is fine

in without speaking to us and interrupting the call, which was weird, especially as we were with kids, wet from
