the pool area was glorious, the rooms comfortable and just a two min walk from a little beach which was

staff were lovely, great large pool, excellent tennis courts.

crawlbay is a real haven for us to hang out at with a great pool and tennis court to chill round with the family

the kitchenette was small but the refrigerator froze everything you put in it

so some of the electrics in the kitchen didnt work

kitchenette is not equipped for more than a coffee/tea - large fridge/freezer, but no cooking

breakfast and bar on sire

bar prices were unacceptable $6 for a beer $2 in other bars

the breakfast was always plentiful and is self serve, we were never hungry after breakfast

breakfast was good. the room was great had an amazing view. overall it was a good experience.

no fridge, no tea/coffee and no room service, lacked a full length mirror and the hanging rail was so cheap it

lovely room overlooking pool with great views

lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance and easy parking close by

bar and no restaurant but there are plenty a short walk away

i do wish the hotel would provide guests with one of those signs opting not to have laundry washed everyday

wifi and air conditioning were great

noisy, lots of bars nearby and you can hear everything

the room was huge, clean - mini kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom

that said, there are obviously big changes afoot at northshore with the installation of a large kitchen and

accommodation is spacious and well located with a beach, bar and very nice restaurant just steps away

the wifi didn't work too well in the bedroom, but it was ok in the kitchen

kitchen lacked adequate equipment, including cutlery and crockery

the one where kids stayed was nicely upgraded , but ours was dated

naked kids running around and they turned a blind eye

the maid jennette was extremely helpful and diligent about her work, so was desire of the laundry

had some issues with wifi on the rooms but they also had wifi in common areas and the reception building

the office staff and security provided great services and the room and laundry attendants were exceptional

the pool had no depth markers or safety rails, which felt unsafe especially with kids

it was fun, kids love it

the sofa bed was even harder, which was not pleasant for on of our kids

no activities for kids really - although mostly the beach was enough - also the pool was shut a few times

the pull out couch was not too comfy, but ok for kids.
