pool was a bonus

breakfast was good. the room was great had an amazing view. overall it was a good experience.

cept when people came in off boats with small children and dominated pool - one guy training kids for triathlon

a lot of kids so just fyi at times in the pool

but you are closer go the pool and a very different feel- good for kids on gunpowder

the pool area and spa facilities were beautiful

day guess take over everything expect screaming kids everywhere whilst there elite parents forget them

at pool bar very friendly, but completely forgot our order on 2 separate occasions and forgot our lunch

cute rooms, nice pool and sun area

private experience would recommend that you stay in these suites - it is also close to swimming pool and lunch

pool was great

i do wish the hotel would provide guests with one of those signs opting not to have laundry washed everyday

and the design of the rooms are great with two floors, two balconies, spacious, modern and a kitchen for

amazing views, spacious suite and fully equipped kitchen.

the water pressure is unacceptable along with the wifi

room is extremely bare - in the photos there are flowers and what appears to be a full kitchen

the tennis court and gym were perfect to dip into if we were feeling the need

crawlbay is a real haven for us to hang out at with a great pool and tennis court to chill round with the family

wifi was not great and only properly worked near reception

staff were lovely, great large pool, excellent tennis courts.

the pool area was glorious, the rooms comfortable and just a two min walk from a little beach which was

the room was huge, clean - mini kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom

that said, there are obviously big changes afoot at northshore with the installation of a large kitchen and

accommodation is spacious and well located with a beach, bar and very nice restaurant just steps away

the wifi didn't work too well in the bedroom, but it was ok in the kitchen

kitchen lacked adequate equipment, including cutlery and crockery

no activities for kids really - although mostly the beach was enough - also the pool was shut a few times

the sofa bed was even harder, which was not pleasant for on of our kids

the pool had no depth markers or safety rails, which felt unsafe especially with kids

the pull out couch was not too comfy, but ok for kids.

it was fun, kids love it

the one where kids stayed was nicely upgraded , but ours was dated

naked kids running around and they turned a blind eye

as other reviewers have stated, the wifi is slow, although we found the exterior signal to be pretty good
