bed was very hard,not enough pillows,kids were running up & down stairs late at night,called front desk,nothing
walls, we could hear alarm clocks, people on the floor above us, doors opening and closing and kids playing tag
one main reason we booked here with having kids and down time
requested the top floorroom but was given a lower floor room, kids running on top floor, the curtain was off
kids were hyped and were running through the hallways, plus jumping in their rooms above us

there was an area for the kids to write letters to santa which my children really loved
some kids were playing hide and seek in the hall for a while

there was mama with 2 large dogs that were viciously barking at me and my kids
