kids were hyped and were running through the hallways, plus jumping in their rooms above us
bed was very hard,not enough pillows,kids were running up & down stairs late at night,called front desk,nothing
one main reason we booked here with having kids and down time
requested the top floorroom but was given a lower floor room, kids running on top floor, the curtain was off
desk clerk not very friendly, asked for quiet room and was put next to a loud couple with kids

got there and was told only 2 people per room and had to not just pay for another room but my 2 kids had to

we were woken up early from kids and parents yelling in the hall
suite had actual doors to separate and close off the 2 rooms; ideal for putting your kids to bed and being able
other places cheaper- i say so i m staying at residence inn- my grandson vouches for the indoor pool

i think double bed for two adults is two small, but worked great with the kids to share
