fabulous bedroom with spa bath and tv in bathroom, lovely meal got a deal with bed evening meal and breakfast

would have been nice to have a separate bar open so you can sit without going to the restaurant to order drinks

the protective sheet on the bunk beds where like plastic so where so noisy when the kids turned in their sleep

2 adults 2 kids so had double bed & bunk beds nice size room

had breakfast as the children are a bit picky on what they eat & although there was a kids menu we decided to

room was too small for 4 people (2 adult, 2 kids and nobody clean the room during our stay

was great, room was cozy and my kids was happy, breakfast was great so what more can i ask for

in the end we did get room service but only sandwich and chips but better than nothing

the staff were amazing to deal with at reception, in the restaurant and bar and at breakfast in the morning

from the bar menu, with small plates and pub grub staples to the resturant a la carte menu, the food is

ample parking available

but had to wait for kids bed to be brought to us and bedding

sofa bed did not stay up had to leave at 9 o clock as the bed wouldn t stay up with the kids

we are a couple with kids and paid alot to have a rare night away for my husbands birthday so we were gutted

very family friendly which is good for some people but there were quite a lot of kids running about

was very dated, lift was very noisy as we arrived a gang of kids were being thrown out and as soon as we got in

loved this hotel. fantastic breakfast. staff couldn't do enough

was an issue, carpets were very grubby in bedroom, breakfast area was very chilly (kids were shivering) they

also i booked a twin room for two grown up kids

put me in a connecting room with teenagers and young kids next door who were making noise into the early hours
