the use of the spa was a great addition to our stay and they welcomed the kids in the pool too

even though advertised , spa and pool closed with very poor communication we stopped and bought kids trunks on

phoned up when we booked the hotel asking if kids (13 year old in our case) could use the spa facilities and

the frozen disco event was very good, with plenty of food and prizes for the kids

i was surprised that we weren t given bathrobes at the pool to take back to the room - felt a little less

was fantastic and one of the waitress was brilliant with my kids and went beyond her job as she helped with the

stayed for the 5th time (that should tell you enough) with my two kids, we love how central the hotel is, close

cleaner even spotted a toy one of our kids hid under a pillow and ran down to reunite it with him before we

had two separate rooms, it would have been better as a family with two kids to stay in a room next to each other
