for kids to be open a little later i know it's under 12 but if you haven't got anyone to watch them
staff, food, facilities were all fantastic, kids loved it, the room was spotless and the view from it was
limited kids menu.
and helpful, one lady in particular was super friendly and cheerful and interacted with my kids about pokemon
we always come to this hotel and the food is amazing!! our kids love the hotel too 10/10

the dinner at the restaurant was absolutely devine, the kids enjoyed their food
i was travelling by motorbike and the off road parking is great
we loved the whisky bar and the breakfast was first class
food in bar resturant is excellent, beds comfortable, rooms very clean, easy parking above hotel
when we arrived we were upgraded to a family room because the room we had booked was over the bar and scotland

expected and great value for money on waterfront with a bus stop outside hotel is also a busy bar and restaurant
beautiful location on the water front, with plenty of parking, cosy room and great breakfast.
the lack of a laundry service meant we had to look elsewhere to freshen up our clothing.
couldn't get wifi at all asked staff to help but no luck.
parking wasn't super easy but you can find on street parking if you look for it.

personally knock on our door to take last orders so that we don't go hungry especially with young kids
we booked the family room, the sofabed was very small and not big enough for 2 kids.
the sleeping sofa is barely enough space for 2 kids

a workman was working on door when i turned up and was back when i was leaving if i never had kids with me i
we are booking again but with kids aswell, so really looking forward to another stay real soon thank you

late bky 8pm x other was not enough biscuits in room which was a large family room 3 adults 2 kids 1 wee pkt of

had a great stay the facilities bar and food were exceptional the locals welcoming in the bar area and we ate
our welcome was warm and informative, the feel in the bar and restaurant fun and inclusive, the view from the
great location with good food, nice bar and excellent communications with staff
the bar is a happy place for both locals and visitors

couldn't use the spa area as kids aren't allowed, which is fair enough but hadn't realised that before we came
swimming pool and kids under 16 can't access the spa area which wasn't made clear on the booking site
we thought there was a pool kids could access which was a main reason for our stay with our 2 year old
helpful and friendly - brilliant service and the location could hardly have been better for the golf

big room with bathroom, loved the menu in the restaurant(with good kids menu - my son has food allergies but
wasn't hoovered properly , bed sheets had dirty marks on them it's not great if you have young kids was very
to have the window open at night as there was no air-conditioning, so had to put up with noisy kids at the train

the fact yous don t have a kids menu for food i love the food but no the best for kids
safety catch on one of the windows which could be opened fully and could be dangerous for young kids

big,nice garden place where you can have a bbq time or breakfast/dinner for kids and dog was a paradise as
the room window opened fully and with it being the top floor was a little dangerous for my kids who could open

not a problem but when a herd of elephants (think it was kids tbh) moved in upstairs our room no
view was spectacular over the bay to holy isle and the kids enjoyed playing on the large garden area out front

stayed in one of the small cottages with our 3 kids, it was ideal
only one pillow on the sofa bed for two kids. would have loved a pool.
the little mews house was very cute and cosy and our kids really liked having their own space in the living
ate in the bar most nights of the stay, food and service was excellent, and again the staff were very helpful

the restaurant we were positioned near a big family gathering who allowed their kids to run about and couldn
comfortable, kids enjoyed playing pool and very relaxing. would definitely return.

i felt as if i was suddenly at a kids disco and wish some traditional scottish music had been playing mixed
we stayed at a cottage near the river and our kids stayed at the main hotel
