kids bed was very uncomfortable & small (hard leather sofa bed)

and it caused a lot of commotion and noise as was late at night but not the hotels fault but my kids were

i felt as if i was suddenly at a kids disco and wish some traditional scottish music had been playing mixed

it was a complete shambles and if we hadn't driven so far with 3 kids we certainly wouldn't have stayed

was very weak we were woken up by someones' kids making a lot of noise in the common area of the building
i had to park my car and walk with the bags down a road, also the whole night we could hear kids running around

the hotel was excellent very updated and clean and brilliant for kids

like the property has been going through refurbishment as the room was very clean for being a pet room
