lots of kids in breakfast room, couldn't cope so went elsewhere

wifi was a bit scatty at times. had to reschedule 2 calls because the wifi was dodgy.

staff, amazing room, great bar , great pub next door, hertford was a great night out even if i was with some

every mother and their aunt seemed to reside above us with kids constantly running around upstairs until 10

shower had heat spikes every 10 seconds, which meant the kids cried as it burnt them

the hotel is full of character and my 3 kids really enjoyed the stay

to have 5 of us(2 adults 3 kids) in one room unlike the hotel chains

check in on unpacking my case in my room 3 or 4 kids were running up and down the corridor screaming, luckily

breakfast tasty but limited menu for vegetarians/kids, and no vegan options

are a nice touch for the kids who travelled with me for the first time and absolutely loved it, best of anywhere

for a kids it's a very unfriendly breakfast

all 4 of us got zero sleep and 2 kids with no sleep ruined a stay and trip to london

we had three kids under 5 in the car all desperate to get out and so we arrived, parked and went to reception
