i asked for the shuttle serviced when i arrived, but the lady forgot to schedule it.
front desk reacted to my complaint about the fact that their hotel brochure says that they have room service

tlaquepaque is full of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries, and a great place to spend a few days as well
