the hotel is very nice, has a pool and is very comfortable with high quality linens, comfortable beds and nice
room service, amazing staff that was always attending to our needs

minutes at the reception till we had the room keys, after a tiring long journeys with small kids
to open the balcony door not enough te channels to watch,, manager came in to the room telling my kids to pack
my kids were tired and we have no place to stay
we stayed 4 nights (family with 2 kids) and constantly had to run after towels; at arrival it took us 3 phone
360 degree view and the pool is large with comfortable temperature water and even a shallow kids section

kids were super excited about swimming in the pool, though the deep end is deep enough that younger
breakfast was good, restaurants for our kids were within walking distance.
the beds are not so comfortable any more i had noise neighbors too kids jumping very loud!!!

reservation was for 2 adults 2 kids, but when it was time to shower, we only have 2 towels in the bathroom and

bad part is we were advise they had a restaurant that serves breakfast till the last day of our stay, we had
