the best of all was the activity programme for kids: david and his team are simply the best

spa was very good and the pool area was very nice with a range of pools and water slides for kids

this is not our kind of hotel, but we booked it for the kids & grandson and they loved it
nice staff, good room, great indoor heated pool, outdoor kids pool, all in all we had a wonderful time, can
the kids club staff were fantastic, my 5 year old son was kept entertained.
and drinking around the pool area could be improved and a few more activities for the kids would be nice
she gave us very little information at all and when i asked about the kids club, she actually gave me the wrong

cleaning is ok also, we stud in a family room, very large - we were a couple with 2 kids

both my kids, 20y and 18y, say that the baths were their favourite experience of the whole 25 day holiday
child each so they gave us great rooms beside each other and beside the pool and breakfast so the kids loved it
when i made the reservation, i had no extra nrequests i read the hotel policy on booking that kids are wellcome

kids were allowed no balls in the pool and got bellowed at from a spanish couple

phone call stating that a bunch of screaming girls was locked in our room (we are a family with 2 kids 3 and 4

firstly we were not allowed to sleep with my 3 kids in one room,meaning my 5 year old would stay in the extra

great place for family with kids, warm swimming pool, pool great for small kids, great comfortable room,

also noted the pools were quite slippy at the shallow end, which was a little dangerous for kids - but hopefully
degrees so it should have been lovely and warm if the water temperature was 27 degrees even the kids complained
